OPTION #1

PROVIDE LOT CODE

Quality and Food Safety submissions require the Lot Code that is printed on the side of the cap in black ink. The lot code identifies the production information needed to properly investigate. The image shows where you can find this information on the cap.

NOTE – If you cannot read the lot code, please take a photo of the black ink jet markings on the cap and attach with your message.

OPTION #2

PROVIDE UPC (Only If Lot Code Not Available)

If you cannot read the Lot Code or have already discarded the cap, please provide the 12 digit UPC from the back of the jar. The image shows where you can find this information on the jar.
